This is the major public Spring Meeting of our Society. We provide a wide range of plants for sale and the proceeds go towards financing provision of the marquees at our Annual Show which, this year, is being held in the grounds of Stoke Poges School. Our aim is to provide plants of top quality and, apart from those grown by members of the Society, we invite specialist growers to display their plants at the Market.

One of the features of our Markets in recent years has been the displays provided by Miles & Miles Nurseries who are Clematis specialists. They bring flowering plants of the highest quality and the earlier you can visit the Market the greater will be your choice of cultivars. They are always a popular feature of the highest standard and they are pleased to give you sound horticultural advice. We have pot plants, pelargoniums, fuchsias, tomato plants, hanging baskets and a wide range of other plants which vary from year to year depending on what the members have grown for the occasion. Our sale is well known for quality so please make a point of visiting us to support our work and also, at the same time, getting plants for your own garden.

There are refreshments and we sell cakes baked by our own members and home-made cakes are often better than those you can buy elsewhere - aren't they? We pride ourselves on the quality of our food.
